LUTZ. This is a rare
opportunity to work with these three master glass artists.
Each student will learn sandblasting, sandcarving and the

carving. This technique will also introduce each student to
the art of intaglio painting and inlay of copper, gold or silver
metals. This process can be used to make beautiful bowls,

We will be working with the kiln and some fusing too. No
experience is required. However this class is suitable for anyone
with or without experience. The
"River To The Sea" vessel (above) is a sample of Verre Eglomise and
the intaglio carving. Class size is limited. Learn to make
beautiful art pieces, vessels even sinks & tables! Three
days of workshop, with three instructors. Lots of time with
the equipment and instructors.
Each
student will take home a minimum of four completed pieces, including

the first class of some beautiful ways of creating glass art:
functional, fine art, crafts and more. The technique can be
combined with fused or cast glass. It can be used on ANY type
of glass too. This is a technique that will change your glass
art forever. And yes, you can use this process to make large
vessels, and even sinks. Furniture too! Small things
